1. We will provide PERMANENT maintenance for you once you buy our robot, if you require door to door service we will send engineer to your place.
2. Since you buy our robot, within one year, we will replace machine parts for FREE as long as it`s non-human damaged.
3. If the robot suffers serious damage, needs to return to factory for maintenance, please send it back to us, which has to be well packed to prevent damage in transportation.
4. All the delivery costs and round trip costs are responsible for buyers.
